Right of withdrawal

Grace period
In the framework of remote sales to consumers falling within the scope of the Law of July 14, 1991 amended by the law of May 25, 1999, the customer has the right to inform the seller that he renounces the purchase, without having to pay a penalty and without giving a reason. This right is limited to withdrawals at the factory or upon shipment until the time when the goods leave Cavalier.

Because our products are fresh and temperature sensitive and therefore have a limited shelf life, they are delivered in a special pack: your order is final once the order is shipped and can not be canceled in principle. This method is necessary because the quality in return can not be guaranteed.

Orders return in case of complaints
If, despite our quality control, anything would still go wrong, or if you are not satisfied with the goods, you can contact our customer service department at info@cavalier.be. Our staff will work with you on a suitable solution.
Only the goods that are returned within 10 calendar days after receipt of the goods, can be examined for what went wrong. These goods are then checked internally. If the complaint proves to be justified, the purchase price of these goods will be refunded.
