Ingredients
             150 g    Cavalier chocolate dark
             200 g    cream    
               10 g    table top sweetener Stevia
2 tablespoons    of vanilla extract
                    3    egg whites
 
Preparation method
                    •    slowly melt the chocolate and add the cream, the sweetener and vanilla
                    •    whisk the egg whites until they form soft peaks
 
Mix
                    •    fold the egg white carefully through the chocolate mixture using a spatula
